Returns Policy

We really, really hope you will love your purchase from Brown Dot Beauty, LLC, but just in case there is a chance you don’t absolutely love your product we will accept returns or exchanges


To be eligible for a return with a refund or a return for store credit your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or final sale cannot be refunded.



You may return your product within 30 days of order delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Once the returned item is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the item to be processed for verification. Payment will be refunded to the original method of payment


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


It is recommended that if you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If using packaging that product was sent in be sure to cover existing label before shipping.


Exchange Request

If a return is made for a replacement, then you are responsible for return shipping costs of the item, however we will ship your replacement at no additional cost.


If there is a problem with a product or if it is damaged upon receipt, please email or call and we will be glad to assist.


If requested item is out of stock then store credit will be issued to be used on the site


Store Credit


We will, at your request, provide you with a store credit worth of 110% of the Price of the Product returned (the store credit is in the amount of your paid Price plus 10% extra; if you have used store credit or gift cards to pay for the full Price, we can only reinstate the original amount of store credit. If you have used store credit or gift cards to pay for part of the Price, we  can reinstate the original amount of store credit you have used and offer you with additional store credit that is worth 110% non-store credit/gift cards payment you have made for the Product returned) This is instead of receiving a refund to original payment method.


We will not be able to refund any delivery fees that you have paid at purchase to have the Product shipped to you. If the return is not deemed acceptable for return we will contact you to ship the Product back to you and you will be liable for the shipping costs both to and from us.




If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
